Capital Bank is looking for an experienced Digital Product Specialist who is expected to manage digital products throughout the product development life cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Digital channels including Corporate Online/Mobile, Consumer Online Channels and Mobile. Digital Channels includes all transformation pillars of digital transformation journey, including Interactive chat channels, chatbots, ATM and Self Service Machines (KIOSK) and Robotics.
Digital Product Specialist will be assigned based on skillset and expertise to manage one of more of the digital channels and digital team
Role and Responsibilities:
Determine product specifications & design and signed them off.
Involve in long-term strategy of the product and creation of product road map.
Ensure / supervise / prepare product documents including Customer Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Product Use Cases based on Customer Journeys and Stories.
Prepare and take custody of product logs and reporting of progress.
Ensure product policies development and updates.
Ensure product documentation developed, up to date, safely stored and retrievable by authorized parties.
Determine product packaging & release strategies.
Work and manage vendors and providers of digital products.
Oversee product development and quality.
Manage and communicate with cross functional development and design teams.
Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.
Plan product launch & communications internally and externally.
Deliver digital projects and coordination with PMO and comply with PMO governance.
Ensure digital product ownership and phase out end of life products and replacement of new digital products.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, MIS, Business Information Systems or any related field.
5+ years of experience in Banking industry, Banking digital channels, and implementations of channel projects.
